We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment please provide us with at least 24-hour notice.  This way we will be able to adjust our schedule accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.

We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and we will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.

Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee each time.  Here is a general breakdown of cancellation fees:

•    Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)

•    ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount

As a courtesy, we do contact you by text to confirm the date and time of  your appointment.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.  You are always welcome to message and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.


We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc.

However if you are late it can affect the remainder of our day by delaying our other clients who come in on time.

Clients will generally be allowed a 5-10 minute grace period.  After that time we will message to check you are on your way.

If you are able to make it in time for your entire treatment to be completed, great!  If not, you may have to reschedule part of your treatment. This will allow us to continue to our allocated time slots for the next client to ensure they are not kept waiting for their appointment.

Please, always message if you even think you might be late; We'd rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of the day. In this case, you will still be charged 100% of the original service(s) scheduled.

Here is a general breakdown of late fees:

If  the client arrives late but within the allotted time , but has to forgo some parts of the treatment 100% of the booked treatment charge will apply.

If the client does not arrive in time for the service to be completed, you will be charged 100% of the booked treatment.

Again, please remember that your appointments are reserved for you and only you.


Our child safety policy is as follows;


“Our concerns are for the safety of your children. We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself. We also understand that your “me time” does not always align with your appointments. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Unfortunately the salon cannot provide childcare services. Also, young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap, we do not have the space

We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children, (12+) capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Coco Rose Beauty staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible. We greatly appreciate your compliance with our child safety policy.”


Coco Rose Beauty is primarily a “by appointment” business, therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact to our business and that of our technicians.  Because of this a booking fee is required on treatments that take an hour or longer as they are harder to fill.

  • The rate is £20 for an hour and £10 for each hour after that (For example , 2 hours would be charged at £30, 2 ½ hours would be charged at £35)

  • The booking fee is deducted from your total fee at the time of your checkout

  • If you chose to cancel your booking , you lose your booking fe

  • A booking fee is non refundable

  • Appointments are not secure until a booking fee has been taken

  • If booking fee is not paid 48 hours before appointment, unfortunately you will lose your space
